PLC control
Micro, CompactLogix and ControlLogix options allow the control architecture to match your application, I/O and integration requirements.
Allen-Bradley automation brings a consistent approach to the PLC, operator interface, motor control and industrial network.
We configure the platform to the process, from a focused equipment package to a more extensive plant-control application.
Micro, CompactLogix and ControlLogix options allow the control architecture to match your application, I/O and integration requirements.
PanelView and Optix-based options support the operating information, diagnostics and interfaces defined for your project.
PowerFlex drives and Allen-Bradley motor-control components bring motor operation into the same system plan.
Coordinate local or distributed I/O, industrial Ethernet and suitable switching around the plant connections and equipment layout.
Specify safety hardware and the required functional design from an application risk assessment and agreed project scope.
Define PLC/HMI programming, network configuration, documentation and acceptance requirements before the system is built.
A common automation platform helps keep engineering, troubleshooting, spare-parts planning and future changes consistent.
The automation is standardized around Allen-Bradley. The container, HVAC, utility transformer, distribution equipment and structural materials are selected for their specific functions and project requirements.
Equipment family names describe configuration options. They are not a promise that every listed capability is included in every control house. The approved proposal establishes the final hardware and software scope.
Allen-Bradley is our standard automation platform for PLCs, operator interfaces, drives and motor-control components. The container structure, HVAC, utility transformer and other building infrastructure use equipment suited to those functions. We define the complete equipment scope in your proposal.
Yes. Start with your electrical drawings, motor list, I/O schedule and plant standards, or have us develop a configuration around your application. We review interfaces, service access, heat load and the requested Allen-Bradley architecture before the layout is approved.
Lead/lag HVAC and redundant arrangements can be specified. Controller, network, control-power and cooling redundancy address different failures, so we agree the required behavior and capacity for each system. The reference thermal arrangement is a design basis, not a universal N+1 guarantee.
